1. Services
Cleanism Pro Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including carpet and upholstery extraction, pressure washing, move-in/move-out turnovers, NFPA-96 kitchen hood cleaning, and hard floor care. The scope of any job is defined in the written estimate or scope-of-work agreement provided before work begins.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you supply. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions, square footage, or soil levels differ materially from what was described. We will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide safe access to the property, working utilities, and any keys or access codes required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area does not meet our standard, notify us within 48 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
5. Liability
We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Please secure fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before a crew arrives. Pre-existing wear, damage, or staining that cannot be corrected by cleaning is not our responsibility.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless a contract or retainer states otherwise. Recurring commercial accounts are billed per the terms of their agreement.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
